70mai Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 70mai platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 70mai platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 70mai platform is only available to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
- Residing in or accessing the platform from a country where its use is permitted under local law.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Never been banned or suspended from the 70mai platform previously.
70mai reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any stage and to temporarily suspend an account while verification is in progress.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Verification
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information may result in account termination without notice. 70mai reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing fund withdrawals.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify 70mai immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. The platform uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit; however, you are also expected to take reasonable precautions on your end.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 70mai platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Opening more than one personal account.
- Using another person's credit card or third-party account without the owner's authorisation.
- Engaging in money laundering or any fraudulent activity.
- Sharing login credentials with other individuals.
Payments, Transactions and MYR Fund Policy
All transactions on the 70mai platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Deposit Conditions
- Deposited funds must originate from an account registered under the same user's name.
- All deposits are subject to internal verification before being activated in the gaming balance.
- 70mai is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum threshold set by the platform.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
- 70mai reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests where suspicious activity is detected or KYC requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the selected method.
Refund Policy
Deposits credited to a gaming balance are not refundable on request alone. Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate deposits resulting from verifiable technical errors.
- Unauthorised transactions reported within 24 hours.
All refund requests must be submitted through customer support with relevant proof of transaction. 70mai's decision in such matters is final.
Account Suspension, Closure and Liability Limits
When an Account May Be Suspended or Closed
70mai reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Fraudulent chargebacks, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Upon request by a competent authority.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a period defined by the current platform policy.
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 70mai shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses arising from use of the platform, including in-game losses.
- Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
- Data damage or loss resulting from cyberattacks that occur despite reasonable security measures being in place.
- Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game software suppliers.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 70mai platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 70mai or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 70mai. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 70mai platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 70mai is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, and you are encouraged to review those terms separately.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
70mai reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a notice prominently displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
